Porter Teleo exists to merge the best of fine art and high design into an exquisite collection of wallcoverings and textiles for use in residential and hospitality spaces.  

Born from a collaborative vision between co-founders Kelly Porter and Bridgett Cochran, Porter Teleo continues to push the boundaries of both original imagery and fresh color palettes, using the richest materials and pigments available to make hand painted wallcoverings and textiles that are both functional and beautiful.

Porter, an award-winning abstract painter whose work is featured in museums, galleries, and private collections, and Cochran, a designer known for her precision and distinctive perspective, share a common goal: to create something entirely new within the world of interior design. 

Merging the best of fine art and high design, Porter Teleo’s collections of hand painted wallcoverings have been described as poetry for walls. Each panel is created one at a time by our team of artists using traditional fine art techniques, including wood blocking and ink wash painting.

Our hand painted wallpapers bring a painterly, expressive quality to residential interiors. Every design is produced using the finest materials, from rich, artist-grade archival pigments to the highest quality Japanese papers, resulting in surfaces that are both visually striking and enduring.

Each pattern is made to order, panel by panel - never mass-produced. Through the trained eye and aesthetic judgment of our studio artists, every composition is individually crafted without the use of digital printing, stencils, or replicated imagery. While each panel carries subtle variation, our meticulous process ensures continuity across the installation.

The result is a collection of hand painted wallpaper that brings depth, movement, and a refined sense of artistry to interior spaces.

Porter Teleo’s hand painted textile collection includes both interpretations of patterns from our wallcovering line and designs created specifically for fabric. Crafted from the finest materials, including luxury linens, silks, and other natural fibers, our textiles are produced by hand, panel by panel, using traditional techniques and artist-grade pigments. This process results in richly layered surfaces that retain the movement and depth of the original painting.

The collection offers designers the flexibility to customize color, scale, and pattern. Each panel is made to the inch according to your workroom’s specifications, allowing for large-scale designs with minimal material waste.

Because the textiles are side-matched panel by panel rather than traditionally repeated, they create immersive environments that feel unique to each space.  The result is a custom textile experience where pattern, color, and composition surround the interior with the feeling of being immersed in a painting.
